WHAT I CAN DO WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO HURT ME
- I take a deep breath to give my body oxygen.
- I stop and think.
- I stand up for myself.
- I tell the person to stop in a loud, firm voice.
- I use my strong words to say how I feel.
- I set my limits. I won't stay here and let you hurt me.
- I try to work it out. If I can't, then I leave
- I take care of myself!
