WHAT I CAN DO WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO HURT ME

  • I take a deep breath to give my body oxygen.
  • I stop and think.
  • I stand up for myself.
  • I tell the person to stop in a loud, firm voice.
  • I use my strong words to say how I feel.
  • I set my limits. I won't stay here and let you hurt me.
  • I try to work it out. If I can't, then I leave
  • I take care of myself!
